Crikey my bones were aching today, but get out of bed and got to it. Glad it was rowing today but find I tend to find by Thursday I go a bit easier on myself, well easy as in I still have to do the work, but I don’t mind how long it takes me to do it. Sitting on the rower I had that same old thought “Oh maybe just do 5km, then do something else”, but knew it was just a weak thought, so doubled down on keeping on to the end. And I did!

The Day's Training

  • Row 10km 42min
  • Deadlift 5x5x110kg = 2750kg
  • Pull Down 20x5x40kg = 4000kg

Note:These numbers don't include warm up, which tend to be done at 25%, 50% and 75% of final weigh.

Notes

Did a lot of weights, but high reps low weight doesn’t count so much so I feel slacked off a bit today. I will try harder tomorrow.
