Really starting to feel a bit beat up now, even though it’s only day three. Feel that the long walk to the gym helps to ease out the stiffness and so feel OK when I get to gym.

The Day's Training

  • Cross trainer 10km (40+ min)
  • Squats 6x3x30kg = 540kg
  • Bench Press 10x5x30kg = 1500kg
  • Militery Press 10x5x20kg = 1000kg

Note:These numbers don't include warm up, which tend to be done at 25%, 50% and 75% of final weigh.

Notes

Feeling tired and with body feeling a bit fragile I went for lower weights but doubled the reps, backing off after 3 sets of squats. Also ran out of time so missed kg target. Realised I need to right down an actual program/schedule as after cardio I just randomly pick some exercises, but with squat and deadlift being the main priority always.
