Was feeling it today, in my shoulders (from the bench) and right hip. I tend to follow a cyclical training pattern between fallow and intense as it suits the way my life works, but also as it seems to reduce wear and tear on my body, lots of people I know my age already dealing with arthritis and other difficult and debilitating injuries.

The Day's Training

  • 10km row (42mins)
  • Military press 5x5x60kg total 1500kg
  • Kettle bell swing 10x5x20kg 1000kg
  • Pull down machine 10x5x50kg 2500kg
  • Climbing day

Note:These numbers don't include warm up, which tend to be done at 25%, 50% and 75% of final weigh.
